Content on the Site — including service descriptions, engagement models, and any indicative pricing (such as "Free", "Let's talk", or "Custom") — is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract. Actual scope, pricing, timelines, and terms for any engagement are agreed separately in a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between HSH and the client.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site's content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the HSH name and marks — is owned by HSH Cyber Software LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, other than for normal personal browsing and sharing of the Site's public pages.

The Site links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling calls and our founder's personal profile page. These services are operated independently of HSH, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We aim to respond to inquiries in a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or any obligation for HSH to accept a project.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSH Cyber Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations arising from separately signed service agreements, which are governed by their own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold HSH harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sharjah Media City (Shams) and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless a separately signed service agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
